Food and nutrition are areas of fascination and great debate within the wellness industry. When we explore this are only one fact can be agreed upon throughout all cultures and era’s; that you are what you eat. Food literally makes the energy that fuels your body, heart and mind.
Through studying the art of Ayurveda, raw veganism, alkaline diets, naturopathic studies, Chinese medicine and amidst many more, I can confidently say the key to the mystery of food lays within intuitive eating.
Intuitive eating is the practice of connecting with your unique body composition and listening to which foods you physical, mental and emotion bodies correspond with. From here developing a unique diet and relationship with food for your system to operate at its highest potential in each moment.

These simple words hold so much power that we have even seen the ways of modern medicine call upon the knowledge of traditional herbal remedies, throughout the ages. If we can simply learn this balance for ourselves we can learn to bring our own health into our control.
We can learn to still eat our favourite foods and also which foods will give us more energy mentally, emotionally and physically to perform at our best moment to moment.
