Food and nutrition are areas of fascination and great debate within the wellness industry. When we explore this are only one fact can be agreed upon throughout all cultures and era’s; that you are what you eat. Food literally makes the energy that fuels your body, heart and mind.

Through studying the art of Ayurveda, raw veganism, alkaline diets, naturopathic studies, Chinese medicine and amidst many more, I can confidently say the key to the mystery of food lays within intuitive eating.

Intuitive eating is the practice of connecting with your unique body composition and listening to which foods you physical, mental and emotion bodies correspond with. From here developing a unique diet and relationship with food for your system to operate at its highest potential in each moment.

1-3 Month Intuitive Eating Immersion

Connecting to your body’s natural rhythm will allow you to become completely in control of your own health and well-being.

We will take the time for an initial consultation to explore your current balance and relationship with food.

Together we will then develop a plan for you to perform at your highest potential.

Additionally, you will have access to coaching through this process allowing you to feel fully supported and confident to continue down this path for yourself.
